Trust matters more than speed in health technology.
This page explains, in plain language, what data AutoSmile touches, how access is controlled, and where human judgment stays in charge.
Only what's needed to answer and route a patient.
AutoSmile processes call and message content, basic patient identifiers (name, phone), appointment status and the clinic's own scheduling data. It does not request financial information, and clinical questions are never answered by the system — they are handed to your team.
The system is built to know its own limits.
No clinical decisions
- AutoSmile never diagnoses, never quotes treatment prices and never makes a clinical judgment call.
Visible handoffs
- Every time a conversation moves to a person, the reason and the owner are logged and visible in the dashboard.
Clinic-approved rules
- Business hours, escalation triggers and message content are configured with your clinic before launch, not decided by the AI.
Role-scoped access
- Owner and assistant accounts see different sections of the system, so sensitive controls stay with the clinic owner.
Watch how a pricing question is flagged and handed to the clinic team.
→We say only what's true today.
AutoSmile is an early-stage system. Standard practices — encryption in transit, access logging and data minimization — are built in from day one. Formal certifications (such as a completed KVKK or HIPAA attestation) are not yet in place; this page will be updated the moment any of them is completed and verifiable.
What clinic owners ask first.
Where is my patients' data stored?
In managed cloud infrastructure with access limited to your clinic's own configured team.
If the AI makes a mistake, who is responsible?
The system does not give clinical advice or make clinical decisions — it gathers information and hands ambiguous cases to your team, by design.
Can I delete our data?
Yes. Your clinic can request deletion of stored conversation and patient data at any time.
Can I limit what my assistant can see?
Yes — assistant accounts are scoped to conversations, appointments and patients by default. Automation configuration and reports stay with the clinic owner.
Ask us directly before you decide anything.
Security and data questions are common in the first conversation — bring them to the discovery call.
